Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Supervisor at Zone by The Park in Chennai. The Food and Beverage Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all food service operations, ensuring service standards are met, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining effective communication channels between staff and management.

Qualifications

• Supervisory skills with experience managing a team
• Knowledge of service standards for the food industry
• Ability to oversee all aspects of food service operations
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
• Strong communication skills to effectively manage staff and communicate with guests
• Understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
• Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
