Job Description:
We're looking for a visionary Product Leader to lead the evolution of our coaching center platform at Unacademy Centres. As a key leader, you will drive product strategy, foster collaboration, and champion excellence across our teams.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the product strategy and roadmap for Unacademy Centres' coaching center platform, aligning with business objectives and market needs.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, prioritize features, and define product specifications.
- Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to launch and ongoing iteration, ensuring delivery of high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback sessions to identify opportunities for product enhancements and innovation.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success, analyzing data to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Communicate product vision, updates, and insights effectively to internal teams, executives, and external stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in education, coaching, and product management.
- Mentor, Lead, and inspire team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in product management roles, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products or platforms at scale.
- Strong leadership abilities with a strategic mindset, capable of driving cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
- Excellent analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities, with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, SQL, or similar.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Passion for education and a commitment to improving learning outcomes for students.
- Experience in the education, coaching, or tech industry is a plus.
