Job Description Wittypen is seeking a Content Editor to enhance and refine content for our customers. We are specifically looking for editors who have experience of working in Software, IT Services, or SaaS companies.
If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for crafting impactful content, we invite you to join our team in Pune. In this role, you'll play a key part in shaping the voice and effectiveness of diverse digital channels, including blogs, landing pages, ebooks, and lot more.
Your Role:
- Project Immersion: Gain a deep understanding of each project's objectives and audience to ensure content aligns with client goals.
- Quality Assurance: Scrutinize content for grammatical accuracy and originality, ensuring the highest standard of quality.
- Collaborative Feedback: Provide constructive feedback to writers, guiding them towards improved content quality.
- Detail-Oriented Editing: Finalize content pieces for delivery, collaborating with the Content Manager to refine project briefs and writer allocation.
Ideal Candidate:
- Knowledge and experience of working in Software, technology, or SaaS company.
- Strong English Proficiency: Exceptional command of the English language in both writing and editing.
- Editing/Writing Experience: At least 1 year of experience in an editing or writing role.
- Relevant Education: We are open to folks from all backgrounds.
- Tech Savviness: Comfortable with digital tools and project management software like Basecamp or Trello.
- Understanding of SEO: Knowledge of SEO best practices and digital marketing trends is advantageous.
- Time Management & Teamwork: Ability to adhere to timelines while working effectively in a team environment.
