Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Staff Nurse at Kamla Hospital located in Nakhtarana. The Staff Nurse will be responsible for monitoring and providing care to patients, administering medications, assisting doctors with procedures, and maintaining accurate medical records. They will also be responsible for providing patient education, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and delivering high-quality patient care.
Qualifications
- Excellent clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to emergency situations
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team and collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and guidelines
- Professional certification as a Registered Nurse (RN) is mandatory
- Experience in critical care or emergency care is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field is preferred
