Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable Office Administrator for a manufacturing company based in Bhandup west Mumbai. You will undertake administrative tasks and will also coordinate with Area Sales Manager. You should have good organizational and time management skills. You should also be able to maintain vendors files and contact details.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Maintain internal databases
- Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Prepare quotations and Invoice
- Have to followup with Area Sales Manager and tract the sales.
- Preparing and maintaining expense reports
- Undertaking data entry
Job Requirement
- Any Graduate
- Experience between 14 years.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office should be excellent at Excel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask
- Efficient at Mail drafting
- Good communication Skills.
- Smart and Proactive.
