You will be responsible for facilitating and optimizing the Scrum framework, promoting collaboration, and removing impediments to ensure the successful delivery of projects. If you are an agile enthusiast with 3 to 5 years of experience, this is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our growing team.Responsibilities :Scrum Facilitation :- Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective) to ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team.- Empower teams to self-organize and make decisions to achieve project goals.Agile Coaching :- Coach and mentor team members, Product Owners, and stakeholders on agile principles and practices to enhance overall team performance.- Implement and promote agile best practices to continuously improve the team's efficiency and effectiveness.Project Management :- Work closely with project stakeholders to understand business objectives, priorities, and requirements.- Collaborate with the Product Owner to manage the product backlog and prioritize features for development.Remove Impediments :- Identify and eliminate impediments that hinder the team's progress, ensuring a smooth and efficient development process.- Proactively address issues and risks that may impact project timelines or quality.Metrics and Reporting :- Track and report key agile metrics to provide transparency and insights into team performance.- Use data-driven approaches to identify areas for improvement and implement changes accordingly.Continuous Improvement :- Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the team and organization.- Foster an environment that encourages learning, adaptation, and innovation.Requirements :- Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent practical experience.- 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in agile software development environments.- Strong understanding of Scrum framework and agile principles.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.- Certifications such as CSM (Certified Scrum Master) or similar are a plus.
