Know more about us: Brief about the Team The customer service team is responsible for assisting users with their queries, issues, and concerns. They address the customer-s inquiries, provide support with orders and deliveries, assist with product information and recommendations, resolve complaints or issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. The team isreachable through various channels, such as phone, email, or through WhatsApp. The customer service team closely works along with our consumers to provide the best experience and end-to-end services to them. What will you do: Customer Support: . Responding to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints via various channels such as phone, email, live chat, or social media . Assisting customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, resolving issues, and answering product-related questions . Identifying and addressing customer issues, complaints, or escalations, providing appropriate solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction . Coordinating with internal team to resolve complex problems and proactively finding ways to improve the overall customer experience . Collecting and analyzing customer feedback to identify areas of improvement and implementing strategies to enhance the customer experience . Collaborating with cross-functional teams to communicate customer insights and contribute to the development of new features or services . Maintaining records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions internal databases or customer relationship management (CRM) systems . Generating reports and insights on customer trends, feedback, and satisfaction levels to drive continuous improvement Product Knowledge And Customer Education: . Maintaining a deep understanding of the products and services offered by Tata 1mg, including pharmaceuticals, healthcare devices, wellness products, and other relevant categories. . Providing accurate and up-to-date information to customers and assisting with the products/medicines based on their requirements, as suggested by their treating physician What we are looking for : . Bachelor's degree in Pharma or Science with a minimum of 1-6 years of work experience . Excellent organizational skills, with an emphasis on priorities and goal-setting .
