Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations in the warehouse, including inventory management, order processing, and shipment coordination.
- Ensure timely and accurate receipt, storage, and delivery of goods.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demands.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for inventory replenishment.
- Implement and enforce safety practices and procedures in the warehouse.
- Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Prepare reports and maintain records of warehouse activities, including stock levels, order fulfillment, and delivery schedules.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an operation executive or similar role in a warehouse environment.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and order processing.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management software and other relevant tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling warehouse operations.
