Title: Communications Lead

About Us

We are an audiobook platform who created audiobooks stories and courses in more than 7 Indian languages for the users of Bharat. Founded in 2018 by former IITians and Toppr executives Lal Chand Bisu Vinod Meena and Vikas Goyal. It is a curated platform where users most of whom hail from Tier II and III cities create audio content in Hindi English Marathi Gujarati and Tamil among other regional languages. Kuku FM hosts 150000 hours of content across audiobooks stories book summaries courses and podcasts on its platform covering a wide range of genres from fiction and nonfiction audiobooks selfhelp education titles entertainment news mythology spirituality learning and inspirations stories poems and even jingles.

Key Responsibilities :

Creative Strategy Development

Develop and implement creative communication strategies tailored to the Indian market.

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align creative initiatives with overall business objectives.

Hiring and Management:

Experience in recruiting managing and fostering strong relationships with production houses creative agencies and freelancers based in India.

Coordinate and oversee the execution of creative projects ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.

Content Creation:

Lead the ideation and creation of compelling ads and creative assets for the Indian marketing that resonates with the Indian audience.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure content meets quality standards and brand guidelines.

Performance Marketing:

Proven experience in creating effective ads for various platforms with a focus on measuring performance and optimizing campaigns.

Implement strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement through performance marketing channels.

Analytics and Reporting:

Utilize analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of creative campaigns.

Provide regular reports and insights to the leadership team highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

Educational Background:

Bachelors degree in Marketing Media Communications or a related field. A master s degree is a plus.

Professional Experience:

Minimum 7 years of experience in creative communications with a focus on the Indian market.

Proven track record of successfully managing creative teams and external partners.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in using creative software and tools.

Experience with performance marketing platforms and analytics tools.

Preferred Skills:

Strong background in creating and optimizing ads for digital platforms.

Familiarity with measuring and analyzing performance metrics in performance marketing.
