Position: Store Manager (Engineering)

Location: Jhagadia near by ankleshwar

Experience: 10 - 12 Years

Responsibilities:

• The store In-charge/Manager is responsible for maintaining and overseeing inventory and supplies by receiving, storing, and delivering items.
• Working with the guidance of the Maintenance Manager to ensure the smooth and reliable operation and maintenance of all aspects of the plant, with the aim of achieving the highest plant reliability and availability.
• Responsible for verifying materials received were ordered; match to purchase order or verify with planning; while also verifying quantity delivered, inspect materials received for damage, mark inventory items with the appropriate part number code and notify plant personnel that materials ordered have been received.
• Resolves receipt issues with material suppliers over damaged goods, shipments, incorrect materials, and delivery of materials to the incorrect specifications and works with suppliers to arrange for pick-up items that were shipped incorrectly, damaged or were not ordered.
• Prepare Daily Receipt Report and circulate to Leads.
• Assists Account Payables with the resolution of receipt and invoice issues related to material deliveries.
• Responsible for completing the specific Materials Management Procedure.
• Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization.
• Ensures all materials are received, inspected, stored, maintained, and issued in a timely and compliant manner.
• Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system.
• Ensures proper creation, filing, and dissemination of all Material related paperwork.
• GR and GI entry in Tally ERP.
• Ensure good housekeeping and security of the materials.
• Supervise the off-loading and storage of equipment and supplies.
• Coordinate with logistic teams for timely delivery of material.
• Prepares documents for all material, equipment, scrap, etc sent off site; includes materials returned to suppliers, scrap sales, equipment sent out for repair, disposal of regulated and non-hazardous wastes, and materials sent out for fabrication.

  Required Skills:

• Knowledge of Material Control practices and internal control objectives.
• Must have experience in major shutdown support, project work, plant operations.
• Good Communication & coordination skills.
• Fluent in oral and written English & Gujarati language.
• Knowledge of Hindi will be an added advantage.

Required Qualification: - Any Graduation

Salary: Upto 8.00 LPA
