Job Description:

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced HR Admin to join our fast-paced FMCG company. The HR Admin will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to the HR department and assisting in various HR-related tasks. The ideal candidate should have 4-5 years of relevant experience in HR administration and possess excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment Support:

    • Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and assessments.
    • Assist in candidate screening and shortlisting.
    • Maintain applicant tracking systems and ensure data accuracy.
    • Arrange onboarding activities for new hires.
  2. Employee Records Management:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, contracts, and documentation.
    • Prepare and process HR documents, such as employment agreements, termination letters, and promotion letters.
    • Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
  3. HR Policies and Compliance:

    • Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
    • Keep up-to-date with employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
    • Support the HR team in handling employee relations matters.
  4. Benefits and Compensation:

    • Assist in managing employee benefits programs.
    • Coordinate with payroll to ensure accurate processing of employee salaries and benefits.
  5. Training and Development:

    • Help organize training sessions and workshops for employees.
    • Assist in maintaining training records and monitoring employee development plans.
  6. HR Reporting:

    • Generate HR reports and metrics as required.
    • Provide data analysis and insights to support HR decision-making.
  7. Employee Engagement:

    • Participate in organizing employee engagement initiatives and events.
    • Contribute to fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.
  8. Exit Management:

    • Support the offboarding process for departing employees.
    • Conduct exit interviews and compile feedback for continuous improvement.
