Job description

We're looking for a great Quality Control Manager for our data research team in India. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a rapidly growing US based start-up in a key operational role. In this role, you will be responsible for the integrity and efficacy of the data that is central to powering keychain's product suite.

Responsibilities

Develop a deep understanding of the industry, research techniques and all data points critical to Keychain’s database Take responsibility for quality control on all profiles and data points, working on a daily basis with speed and accuracy Provide high touch support on key data assignments Keep track of errors made by the agents, categorize them, and be able to communicate error types and performance Provide on ground support to research agents and continuously help to improve overall performance Have a strong understanding of all training material and be capable of conducting effective trainings

Background of candidate

Minimum 5+ years of experience Experience in highly detailed data-oriented role - data entry, customer support, fraud management, research etc Hard-working and diligent Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to grasp concepts quickly High degree of ownership Good communication skills In person in Gurgaon office
