The Business Development Representative is a specialized resource which allows for a greater depth of knowledge around Ciscos architectures. The BDR develops and closes opportunities from qualified leads, working directly with the customer, engineering and partners. Candidates will jump start their Cisco sales career by joining the Virtual Demand Center and our Growth Marketing organization, with opportunity for future growth and promotion.
You will respond to customers who want to interact with Cisco, understand their needs and work with partners to provide solutions. You will work closely with and use selected channel partners to improve new sales opportunities. You will manage sales opportunities while using ground breaking technologies to remotely collaborate with customers and use new sales models (cloud, services & software) to help customers improving their revenue. Youll manage full sales lifecycle for qualified opportunities and help generate pipeline in all segments of Ciscos business.
