Job description
Position Summary
Ensures service level agreements and operational requirements are met. Act as primary connection between stakeholders and service delivery team for alignment on strategic objectives and implementations of key initiatives.
Your Responsibilities
- Partners with the HR offices to ensure accurate, timely and efficient administration of personal administration, payroll and travel run.
- Provides assistance to clients during the implementation of SAP payroll systems.
- Sustains the interests and objectives of clients throughout the implementation process.
- Input and maintains employee payroll records in SAP, auditing for compliance with company policy, procedures, and authorizations with cyclical deadlines.
- Responsible for pay rolling the employees, handling upcoming queries, and liaising with other departments as necessary.
- Produces month-end pay and HR Reports as well as assist in providing payroll information for statutory and tax audits
- Establishes and maintains a productive relationship with division contacts and internal staff in payroll, HR, benefits, and accounting, maintaining confidentiality always.
- Assists to develop more efficient, streamlined processes to eliminate manual work focused on automation.
Skills
- Should have ability to maintain confidentiality and should have high ethical standards.
- Should have outstanding ability to build relationships and customer service skills.
- Strong communication skills - both oral and written are must.
Education & experience
- MBA in HR/Operations or MSW HRDM or MA HRM
- 5-8 years experience of experience in SAP payroll system.
