What You'll Do

As a Product Integrations Engineer II, you will be responsible for integrating Phenom People's AI-powered platform with our clients' existing HR systems. You will work closely with our Implementation team to ensure a seamless and efficient integration process. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Implementation team to understand client requirements and design integration solutions
• Develop and maintain integration code using various programming languages and tools
• Test and troubleshoot integration solutions to ensure they meet client needs and are error-free
• Document integration processes and provide training to clients on how to use the integrated systems
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to integrations and make recommendations for process improvements
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to provide timely updates on integration progress and address any issues that may arise
• Work closely with the Product team to provide feedback and suggestions for improving the integration process and platform capabilities

What You've Done:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in software development, integration, or a related field
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript
• Experience with API development and integration tools such as Postman and Zapier
• Knowledge of HR systems and data structures is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
• Fluent in English, additional languages a plus
