- Job Summary
- We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Human Resources Intern to join our team. As an HR intern, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience and contribute to various HR functions within our organization. This internship is designed to provide exposure to different aspects of HR and offer valuable learning opportunities in a professional environment.
- Responsibilities
- Involve in recruitment and onboarding processes by posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating new employee orientations.
- Support the HR team in maintaining employee records, updating databases, and ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist with employee benefits administration, including enrollment, documentation, and responding to employee inquiries.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating training and development programs for employees.
- Assist with performance management processes, including performance reviews and goal-setting activities.
- Be responsible for various administrative tasks, such as preparing reports, drafting correspondence, and organizing HR-related documents.
- Participate in HR team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements and innovative HR initiatives.
- Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or willing to change career in HR domain.
- Strong interest in a career in Human Resources.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of HR principles and practices is a plus.
- Previous HR or administrative experience is a plus.
