Job description

Sales Strategy Development : Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve the company's sales targets and business objectives. This involves analyzing market trends, identifying target markets, and defining sales territories. Team Management : Train, and manage a team of sales executives and agents. Provide leadership, guidance, and support to ensure the team meets or exceeds sales goals and performance metrics. Lead Generation and Conversion : Oversee lead generation activities, including prospecting, cold calling, networking, and marketing campaigns. Convert leads into potential buyers through effective communication and sales techniques. Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Provide personalized assistance, address customer inquiries and concerns, and ensure a positive buying experience throughout the sales process. Market Analysis and Competitor Research : Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify new business opportunities, stay abreast of industry trends, and adjust sales strategies accordingly. Sales Forecasting and Reporting : Prepare sales forecasts, track sales performance, and generate regular reports for management review. Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and make informed business decisions. Negotiation and Closing Deals : Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements, including pricing, payment terms, and contract terms. Close deals and finalize contracts to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue. Collaboration with Marketing and Development Teams : Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and marketing materials to support sales efforts. Liaise with the development team to provide feedback on market demand and customer preferences for future projects. Compliance and Documentation : Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to real estate sales transactions. Maintain accurate records, documentation, and paperwork throughout the sales process. Continuous Improvement : Stay updated on industry best practices, sales techniques, and new technologies to continuously improve sales processes and performance.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree Experience in marketing or related field Strong creative, analytical and communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office
