Job description
DevOps Engineer 100% REMOTE
Required Skills and Experience *5+ years of experience in the software industry with a proven track record of shipping high quality products * Working knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems and their associated development platforms * Strong capabilities with Shell scripting languages including BASH for Linux/Mac and PowerShell for Windows * Experience in building Infrastructure as a Code (IaC) using Terraform * Previous experience with Microsoft Azure or AWS * Extremely knowledgeable about Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery principles from code check-in through code deployment * Basic understanding of networking protocols and concepts (websockets, tcp) * Basic understanding of relational and non-relational database systems * Proven experience with Agile development methodologies and concepts * Strong problem solving and debugging skills * Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to effectively explain technical concepts * Abreast of upcoming software development/engineering tools, trends, and methodologies * Good judgment, time management, and decision-making skillsJob tags
