Job description

Job Overview:

The Human Resources Business Partner at L&T Semiconductor Technologies (LTSCT) is a key role responsible for aligning HR strategies with the business objectives of LTSCT. This position involves developing and implementing HR initiatives that are specifically tailored for the semiconductor industry and supporting the growth and development of LTSCT as a leader in this sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Planning:

Collaborate with the leadership of LTSCT to define and execute HR strategies that support the unique needs of the semiconductor industry.

Identify and address HR challenges and opportunities that arise in the semiconductor sector.

Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning:

Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent with specialized semiconductor skills.

Implement workforce planning strategies that align with the growth and objectives of LTSCT.

Training and Development:

Develop and manage training programs catering to the specific skills and technologies relevant to the semiconductor industry.

Promote continuous learning and career development within LTSCT.

Performance Management:

Establish a performance management framework that suits the dynamic environment of LTSCT.

Guide managers on effective performance evaluations and employee development.

Employee Relations and Engagement:

Foster a positive work culture, aligned with LTSCT's values and conducive to innovation and productivity.

Manage employee relations, ensuring compliance with legal standards and addressing issues proactively.

Policy Development and Compliance:

Create and implement HR policies specific to LTSCT, ensuring compliance with semiconductor industry regulations and alignment with L&T's overarching policies.

Stay updated on legal and regulatory changes in the semiconductor sector.

HR Operations and Systems:

Oversee HR administrative functions for LTSCT, including payroll, benefits, and HR systems.

Ensure operational efficiency and scalability in HR processes.

Diversity and Inclusion:

Champion diversity and inclusion within LTSCT, in line with L&T's overall objectives.

Experience and Qualification

Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, Business Administration.

Extensive HR experience, particularly in technology or manufacturing sectors, with semiconductor industry experience being a major plus.

Technical And Behavioural Skills

Technical Skills:

HR Expertise: In-depth knowledge of HR processes, especially in semiconductor industry.

Data Analysis: Proficiency in HR metrics and HRIS tools.

Strategic Planning: Skilled in aligning HR strategies with business goals.

Behavioural Skills:

Communication: Excellent communication and influential leadership.

Problem-Solving: Creative, analytical approach to challenges.
