Job description

Key Responsibilities:
 Sales Strategy: Develop and implement an effective sales strategy for the assigned territory to achieve and exceed sales targets.
 Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcareprofessionals, key decision-makers, and potential clients to understand their needsand
promote our diagnostic machines.
 Product Knowledge: Become a subject matter expert on our diagnostic machines such as:- Cell Counter, ABG Analyzer, Electrolyte Analyzer, Coagulation Analyzer etc, staying up-to-date with the latest advancements and technologies in the field.
 Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback toidentify opportunities and threats and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
 Team Leadership: If applicable, lead and mentor a sales team within the territory,providing guidance, training, and support to achieve individual and team goals.
 Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, reports, and forecaststo track progress and performance.
 Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions forhealthcare professionals and potential clients to showcase the features and benefits of ourdiagnostic machines.  Qualifications:

 Bachelor degree in any relevant field. (Master's degree preferred).
 Proven track record in sales, particularly within the medical field and diagnostic machinesegment.
 Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
 Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
 Ability to travel within the assigned territory as required.
 Leadership experience (if applicable) is a plus.  Benefits:
