FRONT END EXECUTIVE-CUSTOMER RELATIONS EXECUTIVE

It is a 100 bedded ophthalmic hospital, housing 21 consulting rooms, and 7 operation theatres, spread over 40,000 sq feet of space located in Koregaon Park in the heart of the city of Pune.

Role Description You need to be a polite, courteous, well presented, self-motivated, competent, dedicated and meticulous person. The responsibility will include handling the front end patient services at the Reception Desk of our eye hospital. Proficient in customer / patient relations, you need to have at least 2 years of experience in this domain. You need to possess the ability to deliver high level of Patient Care Services. Your skills need to include effective communication (written and spoken) in English, Marathi and Hindi and practical work experience of MS office. You will be much preferred if you possess prior experience in patient care services / working in a clinic or hospital Your remuneration will much depend on the experience, skills and virtues you bring to the table. You will need to work in person. It is a full time position with a commitment period of minimum 3 years.

Any Graduate or Diploma Course in Front End/Customer Relation Services
