Role Description:

End-to-end solution design in bid process
Develop bid-winning strategies, conduct research, write and edit proposals
Negotiate with stakeholders and collaborate with other team members
Able to write effective proposals while adhering to budgetary and time constraints
Involved in pre-RFP & RFP phases
Set-up and functional leadership of an Indian Scrum team
Central contact person for all technical issues of the RPT Solutions House
Deliver projects with the agreed scope and within the agreed time frame and budget
Maintain a balanced backlog for the team (project features, non-functional requirements, technical improvements)

Key Responsibilities:

Analyzing RFP document to understand the needs of the client (documents could be in German/English language)
Preparing Pursuit Plan and planning bid preparation to ensure that deadlines are met as member of the bid team
Liaising with other Delivery Teams to deliver respective solution components
Preparing case studies and other reference materials
Editing or rewriting previous tenders to reuse relevant material
Collating materials provided by various departments and ensuring a uniform tone across the overall document
Working closely with project managers, design managers, estimators, and senior personnel
Co-ordinating with various teams for cost estimates
Liaising with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors
Translating the scope of customer projects into backlog items
Working closely with his scrum (devops) team to break down the items into implementable user stories, define acceptance criteria and set priorities
Supervise and assist the team to enable them to work effectively
Review the deliverables and accept them
E2E responsibility for the delivery of customer projects (development, operation and maintenance)

Must Have Skills:

B2 certification in German language- Preferred
