Company size- 2300+ Website-Founder- PC Musthafa [IIM Bangalore, NIT Alumnus, is hailed as the ‘Breakfast King’ of India for offering a wide array of fresh, home-made & ready to cook food items] No. of Manufacturing Plants-5 Headquarters- Bengaluru, Karnataka (Mahadevapura) Founded-2006, transition happened in 2014 Funded by Premji Invest- Azim Premji’s Investment arm and NewQuest, iD Fresh manufactures 55,000 kg of idly/dosa batter every day and delivers it to over 30,000 retail outlets. The company’s product range has grown to include a wide range of fresh ready-to-cook foods including ‘Squeeze and Fry’ Vada Batter, South Indian Filter Coffee decoction, Ragi Idly/Dosa batter, Natural Paneer and Malabar Parota among others. The company has also launched an organic product line and will soon be converting its entire operations to organic. About the Operational Model As our product is different from others, so is our business model. All our fresh products are made for the day they are shipped to retail stores. We have zero finished goods inventory, and hence no intermediary stockists or transitory warehouses. This is possible only with the help of an inhouse fleet of vehicles and distribution personnel. Currently a fleet of 500 dedicated vehicles and crew touch 25,000 retailers daily and replenish 100,000+ Kgs units of the freshest produce. About our IT systems iD uses SAP Business One HANA for Financial, Material and Business Partners Management. We also use a Sales Automation Mobile App for billing and delivery tracking. Additional systems interface with the above 2 for predictive analytics, and BI purposes. We also have a separate HRMS system. All the above-mentioned systems run on Cloud and are managed by respective partners. About the Role We are looking for an experienced ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Professional who will lead all things ERP within iD and ensure that the ERP system’s existing and future requirements from Finance, Manufacturing, HR, and Sales functions are met. Key Responsibilities Developing & driving functional and technical solutions within SAP. Work closely with team members, partners, and business stakeholders to understand clearly and deeply the business requirement, strategy, and business objectives. Translating business requirements into actionable strategic plans (i.e., implementation, change management or operation strategies, etc.) Providing Subject Matter Expertise of best practices in use of SAP. Identifying RPA initiative and implement in relevant areas of the business Converting all existing batch processes to live / near real time basis model Implement CO-Profitability Analysis and facilitate unit economics Identify continuous / discrete manufacturing process integrations for expanding the ERP into the factory floor. Leading test cycles (Integration and UAT), training business users for all applications and preparing training documents in collaboration with super users and SMEs. Tracking customer experiences across online and offline channels, devices, and touchpoints. Effectively using standard SAP implementation methodology and deployment options. Documenting processes and logging technical issues, as well as customer compliments and complaints. Measure and report performance of all digital solutions against goals (ROI and KPIs). Ensuring project is delivered on-time, on-budget Ensuring SAP best practices for mitigating security risks as well as ensuring reliability, performance, and business continuity. Strong project mgmt. skills (handling multiple projects simultaneously) Build the ERP team in-house, hire functional and technical staff to take over operational and development responsibilities from outsourced partners Key Requirements 6-12 Years of relevant technology consulting or industry experience in SAP ERP Implementations, preferably from the buyer side. Adept in all phases of project development, from conceptualization to analysis & recommendations, project planning, implementation, through realization and going live; able to translate business objectives into clear functional and technical requirements. Experience in Cloud Operations as well as knowledge of cloud solutions and technologies is preferred. Experience working with Mobile App integrations to SAP, RPA, and Predictive Analytic Tools is preferred. Must be flexible to evaluate and adopt other SAP platforms, including S4 HANA and SAP Analytic Cloud etc. Must be willing to operate in individual contributor / team leader / outsourced resource project management roles based on ground realities Interested?
