We are hiring for Store Operators for our client

Qualification: Under Graduate/ any Graduate
Experience: 0 – 3 Years
Location: Hyderabad
Work type: Work from office

Roles and responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of the wellness Centre store.
• Develop and implement store policies and procedures, monitor and manage inventory
Levels.
• ensure a clean and organized store environment, train and supervise store staff.
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints and assist customers in finding suitable
Wellness products.
• Assist customers in finding suitable wellness products.
• Promote and upsell wellness services or products, keep track of sales targets and quotas.
• Manage stock levels and order products as needed, conduct regular inventory checks and
Audits.
• Work with vendors to negotiate prices and ensure timely deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor and maintain a safe and clean store environment, train staff on safety protocols.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies for the store, coordinate promotions and special
Events.
• Coordinate promotions and special events.
• Handle administrative tasks, such as scheduling and payroll.
• Provide support in staff training and development.
• Take on managerial responsibilities in the absence of the store manager.
• Provide expert advice on wellness products and services.

Required skills:
Candidate should have good customer services skills
Ability to work with team members
Flexibility to handle various tasks
Strong problem solving skills
