We are currently looking for a Senior Technical Trainer who will be responsible for creating and presenting technical training for Forcepoint Cloud Security solutions.
The role will be part of the Forcepoint Global Enablement Services organization, a global team of Sales Enablement Specialists, Technical Curriculum Developers, and Trainers who create and deliver modern and engaging highly technical training leveraging multiple delivery modalities, including instructor-led courses, self-paced learning paths, microlearning, e-learning, blended learning, and scenario-driven approaches.
We are currently looking for a Senior Technical Trainer who will be responsible for creating and presenting technical training for Forcepoint Cloud Security solutions. The role will be part of the Forcepoint Global Enablement Services organization, a global team of Sales Enablement Specialists, Technical Curriculum Developers, and Trainers who create and deliver modern and engaging highly technical training leveraging multiple delivery modalities, including instructor-led courses, self-paced learning paths, microlearning, e-learning, blended learning, and scenario-driven approaches.
As a part of this role, the candidate will be expected to deliver exceptional Technical Training on Forcepoint Cloud Security to external and internal Customers and Partners. Furthermore, the candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end design and development of technical training courses using their expertise in instructional design principles, adult-learning best practices, and various curriculum development tools and methodologies. They will ensure that the training materials are suitable for different audience capabilities and levels of technical expertise. They will be able to simplify and conceptualize technical material into practical training using innovative and creative approaches. They will collaborate with Forcepoint Curriculum Developers, Learning Program Managers, and business stakeholders worldwide to achieve their goals.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Cloud Security and Cybersecurity computing platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform. They must also possess in-depth knowledge of security concepts and practices, such as encryption, access control, data protection, and Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) technologies.
