Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Collection Assistant Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing monthly collection targets, driving collection efforts through agencies, handling critical and high bucket cases independently, and providing resolutions to Agency queries. Additionally, they will be tasked with managing various Management Information Systems (MIS) related to their designated areas.

Responsibilities:

· Meet Monthly Collection targets and ensure timely resolution of outstanding dues.

· Empanel agencies and effectively manage their performance.

· Prepare individual MIS reports for daily receivables and provide updates to Seniors.

· Mentor collection Agency to enhance performance and productivity.

· Liaise with police authorities and local corporates for licensing and regulatory compliance.

· Consistently follow up with agencies and negotiate with customers, especially in complex cases.

Education, Experience & Skillset:

· Bachelor's Degree.

· Minimum of 4 years of experience in retail collection operations management within banking and Asset Reconstruction Company (ARC) environments.

· Proven track record of achieving tangible results in collection.

· Experience in managing large Portfolio of High Buckets.

· Strong knowledge and contacts related to collection processes.

· Familiarity with high service standards, operational policies implementation, and compliance with guidelines.

· Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

· Experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and updating trails.

· Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

· Problem-solving skills and ability to negotiate with customers effectively.

· Demonstrated bias for action and proactive nature.
