About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Salesforce Data Architect with a proven track record of success in designing, implementing, and managing complex data architectures. In this role, you will play a key role in building a scalable and secure Salesforce environment that supports our business goals. You will be responsible for overseeing data architecture, data governance, and integration across all Salesforce clouds and applications.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement a scalable and secure data architecture that meets both current and future business needs.
• Develop data models and processes that optimize data flow, accessibility, and performance.
• Implement and manage Data Cloud solutions to integrate data across various clouds within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Build data pipelines for data ingestion, cleansing, and transformation.
• Define and enforce data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality and compliance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define data strategy, and identify data-driven solutions.
• Monitor and analyze data quality metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest Salesforce features and functionalities, including Data Cloud updates.
• Document and maintain data models, processes, and governance policies.
• Provide technical guidance and support to other teams on data-related issues.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in data architecture or a related field.
• Extensive knowledge of the Salesforce platform and ecosystem, including Data Cloud capabilities.
• Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing complex data architectures.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, data integration, data governance best practices, and data security principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
