About the role

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote the company's products or services. This role will play a crucial part in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, driving website traffic, and acquiring leads/customers

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy Development: Create, implement, and oversee comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals and objectives.

2. Campaign Management: Design, launch, and optimize online campaigns across various channels such as PPC, SEO, email, social media, and display advertising.

3. Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to develop compelling and engaging content for various digital platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.

4. Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations. Use tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms to track KPIs.

5.Budget Management: Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation and ROI.

6. SEO & SEM: Drive organic growth through effective SEO strategies and manage paid search campaigns, optimizing for keywords, and ensuring high-quality score.

7. Social Media Management: Develop and manage social media strategies, including content planning, posting, engagement, and advertising on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.

8.Email Marketing: Oversee the email marketing strategy, including segmentation, A/B testing, campaign design, and performance analysis.

9. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, product, and design teams to ensure alignment in marketing efforts and achieve common objectives.

10. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, ensuring the company stays ahead of competitors.
