Qualification: Graduate in any discipline

Experience: 2-3 years

Industry : Hospitality, Aviations

Location: Wadala, Mumbai

Scope of the Role:

Customer Care Executive will ensure that all guests who stay with SaffronStays are satisfied with their experience. Core functions include customer satisfaction, quick resolution of any customer issues, Feedback and reviews from all guests and continuous customer engagement.
