Job Overview

We are looking for a Shift Manager - Food & Beverage to join our team at Good Flippin Burger . As a Shift Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position based in Andheri, Maharashtra, India, with a junior level of experience required (1 to 3 years).

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous experience in the food industry, preferably in a supervisory role
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the food and beverage operations during assigned shifts
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
• Train and develop a team of food service staff
• Monitor employee performance and provide feedback
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate inventory and order supplies as needed
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
• Prepare shift reports and communicate key information to management
