About The Role:

EasyWebinar is expanding its horizons and seeks a dynamic Brand Partnerships Director to join its team. The Brand Partnerships Director will lead efforts in developing strategic partnerships with relevant brands linked to business generation. Additionally, the role involves spearheading the organization of events by fostering these strategic alliances, alongside strategizing and coordinating corporate events.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development of partnerships with relevant brands to drive business generation. Oversee the organization of events by fostering strategic partnerships. Strategize and coordinate corporate events. Collaborate closely with internal teams to identify partnership opportunities aligned with company objectives. Conduct research to understand potential partner personas and industry trends. Manage and nurture relationships with partners throughout the partnership lifecycle. Work with marketing teams and other internal stakeholders to execute partnership-driven marketing campaigns. Contribute to strategic planning and execution of partnership activities. Cultivate a network of contacts across relevant industries to expand partnership opportunities. Manage expectations of internal and external stakeholders involved in partnerships and events. Identify opportunities for partnership expansion and growth. Effectively communicate EasyWebinar's value proposition to potential partners. Keep abreast of industry developments and competitor activities to inform partnership strategies. Track and report on partnership performance metrics.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 8 years of experience in brand partnerships, strategic alliances, or related roles. Proven track record in driving business generation through partnerships. Experience in organizing events and managing partnerships within a corporate setting. Strong understanding of partnership dynamics and industry trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
