performance marketer

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketer located in Faridabad. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for managing paid acquisition and performance-based marketing campaigns. The Performance Marketer will work closely with the digital marketing team and report to the Head of Marketing to meet company goals and deliverables.

• Expertise in Paid Search, Paid Social, and Display Advertising
• Experience in managing and optimizing campaigns on various ad platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok, YouTube and more
• Knowledge in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tracking tools to analyze data and report metrics to the Head of Marketing
• Ability to manage budgets of various campaigns and optimize the funnel to deliver an improved ROI
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and align with business goals
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Experience in the fitness industry or with a startup is a plus
