We are reaching out to you as we currently have an exciting opportunity at a renowned real estate brand. We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Business Development (Redevelopment Specialist) to join their growing team.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To act as a SPOC between society management and the Company on redevelopment and SRA projects.
• Communication & follow up regularly with brokers, PMCs, checking tenders etc.
• Prepare working, presentation and feasibility of shortlisted society redevelopment proposals.
• Regular touchbase, visits and communication with shortlisted society members and negotiating with them.
• Internal coordination and understanding with other teams for the required details.
• Basic knowledge of real estate regulations (DCR).

Must have an experience in REAL ESTATE RESIDENTIAL BUILDING CONSTRUCTIONS
