Vineforce IT Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a versatile and motivated professional to take on a combined role as a Business Development Executive (BDE) and Bidder. This unique position requires the candidate to actively engage in business development activities, identify potential clients, and nurture strong relationships, while also participating in bidding processes on various freelancing platforms. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and securing new business opportunities.Â
Key Responsibilities: Â
Business Development Executive (BDE) Responsibilities: Â
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.Â
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve company growth targets.Â
- Generate leads through various channels, including cold-calling, networking, and digital marketing.Â
- Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs and offer suitable solutions.Â
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales pitches, presentations, and proposals.Â
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility and lead generation efforts.Â
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.Â
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.Â
- Keep abreast of industry developments and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.Â
Bidder Responsibilities: Â
- Identify and evaluate relevant projects on various bidding platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, People Per Hour and freelancing websites.Â
- Prepare and submit detailed and competitive bids for projects, highlighting the company's strengths and capabilities.Â
- Engage in proactive communication with clients to clarify project requirements and negotiate terms.Â
- Collaborate with the technical team and subject matter experts to create comprehensive project proposals.Â
- Maintain a strong understanding of industry-specific trends, technologies, and pricing models to create competitive bids.Â
- Monitor bid platforms regularly and respond promptly to incoming project opportunities.Â
- Track the progress of submitted bids and follow up with clients as necessary.Â
- Analyze bidding performance and identify areas for improvement to increase the bid success rate.Â
Qualifications and Skills: Â
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.Â
- Proven experience as a Business Development Executive and Bidder in a relevant industry or freelancing platforms.Â
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and negotiate effectively.Â
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and secure successful bids.Â
- Knowledge of various bidding platforms and freelancing websites.Â
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in MS Office applications.Â
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Â
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.Â
