Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Executive located in Kolkata. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients and identifying new business opportunities. This role will involve traveling to client sites to provide product demonstrations and negotiate contracts. The Field Sales Executive will work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Sales role, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Self-motivated and results-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Knowledge of industrial equipment or welding products is a plus.
