1.Experience in ABAP
2.Good knowledge on MVC frame work
3. Good in understanding CRUD methods
4. Experience in FIORI design patterns & UI theme designer
5. Experience with SAP Web IDE & BAS
6. Experience In FIORI Launch pad config
7. Experience in working with SAP UI5/Javascript/HTML/Jquery)
8. Experience in Layout designing
9. Building complex UI's with UI5. Good at filters/Associations/Navigations & batch call concepts
10. Smart controls/Smart filters
11. Deployment process
12. Experience in cloud connectors
