Job description

This candidate will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating new leads. In order to be successful in this role the candidate should feel comfortable communicating with prospects via phone and email who are discovered through a variety of avenues.

Broad Responsibilities:

Research, target and open new client opportunities
Proactively reach out to potential customers, including businesses, residential complexes, and institutions to generate new leads.

Conduct thorough research to identify key decision-makers within target organisations, understand their water consumption needs, and effectively present the benefits of iQuench.
Qualify prospects by understanding customer needs.

Collaborate closely with the sales team to strategize and develop effective sales approaches, ensuring achievement of individual and team sales targets.

Develop targeted messaging to engage prospect companies and executives.

Continuously stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Update database with all customer communications

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

3+ years of proven experience in inside sales, telesales, or a similar role, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with potential customers.

Strong negotiation and persuasive skills, with the ability to overcome objections and close deals effectively.

Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in Ms. Excel
