Job description

What will you Do?

• Focus on day-to-day execution.
• Manage a monthly budget of over 2 crores.
• Hands-on knowledge of running & optimizing ads on platforms like LinkedIn, Meta, Google, Native, programmatic.
• Strong focus on scaling Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, Native & programmatic ads and cross platform integration.
• Explore new acquisition funnels to reduce cost per lead.
• Supervise a team of 8 to 9 individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Lead client calls for optimization and reporting purposes.
• Organizational abilities to streamline processes and manage workflow efficiently.
• Liaise between intra-teams and collaborate with other verticals within the company.

Skills and Qualities:

• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics.
• 3-4 years of experience in Digital Marketing roles.
• Team handling experience for at least 1 year.
• Can thrive in an entrepreneurial environment characterized by growth and change.
