Job description
Job Title: Area Sale Manager - Electronics Materials Solutions Division
Location: Bangalore[Preferably Chennai or Bangalore]
Responsibilities:
Sales Eco-System Movement:
- Gain in-depth knowledge of the sales eco-system movement for manufacturing in India.
- Collaborate internally to understand the latest specifications and new product applications globally and within Asia.
- Utilize information to identify and convert potential sales opportunities within the Indian eco-system.
Strategic Planning:
- Develop a 3-5 year strategic growth plan using available data.
- Align investments and support to achieve the growth plan.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders in priority market segments, including OEM, CM, and ODM.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Establish rapport with key customer decision-makers.
- Act as a single point of contact for all customer service needs.
- Cultivate strong, enduring relationships with business partners and stakeholders.
Territory Management:
- Assume territory responsibilities for the South Zone.
- Focus on key metrics such as territory sales, account penetration/distribution, and area coverage.
Team Management:
- Manage distributor and convertor sales teams in the territory.
Qualifications:
- Background in Consumer Electronics Vertical.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Electronics Industry.
- Previous work experience in the assigned territory.
- University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
- Proficiency in meeting sales goals, presentation skills, negotiation, and client relationships.
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
