Job Title : Sales Officer

About the Role:

Overall responsibilities of the territory for achieving quantitative & qualitative objectives adhering to company policies, systems, quality standards etc.

Main Responsibilities:

• Plan & achieve monthly, quarterly & annual volume targets.
• Achieve distribution (adding new outlets) and in store execution (visibility) objectives.
• Ensure 3 C's – 1. Delight Consumers 2. Deliver Competitive Advantages and 3. Excel in Compliances .
• Train & lead the front-line sales force (Distributor Sales Man).
• Distributor & customer (retail & WS) management.

Who we are looking for:

• Graduate (Bachelor's degree) with 2 to 5 years' experience.
• Previous experience in the FMCG segment will be advantageous.
• Language fluency in English, Hindi and local language is must.
• Proven sales experience with a track record of fulfilling targets.
• Knowledge of commercial and MS office software (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot, VLOOKUP) will be essential.
