Job description
Responsibilities : - Collect, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and identify trends. Design and develop predictive models and machine learning algorithms to solve business problems and improve decision-making processes. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and define project objectives. - Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to discover patterns, correlations, and anomalies in the data. - Develop and implement data-driven solutions to optimize processes, improve product performance, and drive business growth. - Evaluate model performance and iterate on model designs to achieve desired outcomes. - Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through visualizations, presentations, and reports. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in data science, machine learning, and related technologies, and share knowledge with team members. Requirements : - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field. - Proven experience working as a Data Scientist or similar role. - Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency in data manipulation and analysis libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn). - Solid understanding of statistical concepts and techniques, hypothesis testing, and experimental design. - Experience with machine learning algorithms and techniques (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, deep learning). - Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly) for presenting findings and insights. - Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating data stored in relational databases. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
