Job description

Sales and Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to maximize sales performance.

Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to expand market share, increase revenue, and achieve sales targets.

Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories, projecting expected sales volume and profit.

Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns and complaints

Responsible for timely collection of customer outstanding. Achieving assigned business targets revenue and profitability.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, establish and nurture relationships with key clients, and negotiate contracts to secure long-term partnerships.

Appoint and manage dealers and distributors PAN India.

Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to stay ahead of industry trends, monitor competitors, and identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products.

Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and customer needs in the industry to identify potential sales opportunities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, providing exceptional customer service, addressing concerns, and resolving any issues.

Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and pricing strategies to prospective clients.

Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and generate reports to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Keep the sales team motivated and engaged through regular coaching, performance reviews, and recognition of achievements.

Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote our modular furniture products and generate leads.

Requirements:

MBA in Marketing with minimum 5 to 10 years' experience in sales and marketing in furniture hardware fitting industry.

Strong business acumen and strategic thinking with a deep understanding of market dynamics and customer.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Demonstrated ability to drive results and deliver exceptional performance in a competitive market environment.

Person should have a strong network of dealers & distributors in PAN India Level.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Ready to travel pan India.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.

Results-oriented mindset with the ability to analyze sales data and generate actionable insights.
