Job description
• Making Inward Inspection according to Quality Plan by receiving inward raw materials and reporting inspection reports to Stores Dept. And purchase Dept. As per System procedure.
• Segregating inward non-conformities and maintaining inward NC register as per System procedure.
• Doing stage wise line inspection as per Quality Plan and record of In process Inspection reports.
• Segregating in process non-conformities and maintaining in process NC Register.
• Maintain Stage wise record required as per quality plan.
• Pre-dispatch inspection for every consignment by receiving Final Inspection offer note from Production Dept. And reporting Final inspection report to Stores Dept. As per System procedure.
• Giving training to newly joined line Inspectors.
