We are building at forefront of generative AI. Our team hails from Amazon, Meta, Harvard, and IIT. Our mission: personalize anything AI can create. Today that means image and text ads. Soon video. And eventually AR/VR, scent, and food. Product Pixii creates tailored ads by analyzing what works for who. Give your feedback and it makes immediate revisions. Pixii works across major ad platforms like Google, Meta, and LinkedIn. We use agents, top AI models, and proprietary tools and data pipelines. Our self-evolving brand profile learns from your ads' performance. This powers Pixii to stay on-brand, while adapting to the latest trends. We use LangChain, OpenAI, Stability AI, MongoDB, Weights & Biases, and more. Our toolset includes RAG, recommendation systems, and marketing analytics. Company Pixii was founded in 2023. Our investors include Bain & Company. We are in private beta with many customers ranging from enterprises to startups. More details will become public soon. We are fully remote as of now. We have an aggressive R&D roadmap and require only exceptional people. Role Build this startup, own founder's equity in the company, and deliver experiences that we could not previously imagine. You will play a foundational role in building our ecosystem of AI agents, alongside a talented team of ML engineers, developers, designers, and marketers. Qualifications We recognize that generative AI is a young field. While ML experience is nice, what's important is that you're a top 1% performer and learn new things fast. Show us evidence of that through projects and your resume. Minimum requirements Exceptional performance at a top 50 school 2-10 years in engineering at a leading startup or enterprise Other engineers say you're in the top 1% Evidence you can learn fast Preferred Experience with agents, RAG, Langchain, OpenAI models, and other state-of-the-art tools.
