Job description
The job role will involve travel in the assigned region in a specific city. The person will be responsible for promoting the Muthoot brand and target achievement through engagement activities in various catchment areas. The person is also responsible for organizing camps at the above-mentioned locations and generating leads from them to achieve the overall targets.
Work Responsibilities
§ Developing goals for the business development team and ensuring they are met.
§ Plan for Lead generation and contribute to business numbers as per agreed goals.
§ Responsible for Promoting the Muthoot brand and Target achievement by engaging with
alternate channels in various catchment areas.
§ Planning and organizing periodical on-ground/promotional activities, events, and special
marketing activities.
§ Organizing camps at corporates or prime corporate locations and generating leads from them.
§ Responsible for preparing budget, yearly calendar, and monthly calendar for various activities
§ Responsible for the implementation of the above plan on a day-to-day basis and ensuring that
they are in line with the organization's standards.
§ Assist the team in marketing initiatives to increase outreach to customers.
§ Monitoring market activities and best practices.
§ Responsible for generating the required reports & presenting them to the Management
