Hiring Engineer- Press Maintenance for reputed automotive manufacturing industry
Location: Chennai & Tirupati Exp: 2 to 18 yrs with BE / Dip Mechanical graduation CTC: Max 6 Lacs can be offered Designation: Maintenance Engineer Job Summary The maintenance engineer is responsible for planning the routine maintenance of equipment and machinery, remotely diagnose faults and oversee time-critical repairs and ensure Preventive and emergency maintenance is carried out. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform Work allocated by Section Incharge / Department Manager Allocating Work To Technicians Supporting Technicians on their day to day activities Supporting Production to achieve on their production targets Upkeeping of Machines Attending Breakdown Maintenance as allocated by Section Incharge / Department Manager Implement Countermeasures for Breakdown - By doing Why Why Analysis / 7 QC Tools Implement Countermeasures for Safety Related Issues Execute Planned Maintenance Activities - Daily / Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly / Half yearly / Yearly Update documents (Log/History Card/ PM Checklist / all applicable document / etc) Implement 5S, Kaizen / Continuous Improvement, Quality Circle and suggestion. Promote Kaizen / Continuous Improvement / Suggestion / QC from technicians Support Maintenance Activity during Sundays / Holidays / Emergencies Support Maintenance Activity during after office hours in case of requiremnt / Emergencies Technician Training and Development Responsible for ASES, ISO / TS 16949, ISO 14001, OSHAS Etc….Documentation. Sub-Contractor Follow ups Spares Management New Machine Erection and Commissioning on time Basis Man Management Week End Work Plan Uptime Analysis through MTTR & MTBF Other duties as directed by the Maintenance Manager. · Any other work assigned by management from time to time.
