Designation: Tender Executive
Experience: 1 to 3 years
Education: Graduate
Notice period: 15 days to Immediate
Salary range: upto 20k-28k CTC (depends on relevant experience)
Skills Required
Search and Identify new Tender/s from different sources
Preparation of Executive Summary for Management
Arrange supporting document/s a tender and complete the same for submission
Have good knowledge of Technical Qualification
Preparation of BOQ with zero errors
Coordinating with Management regarding the costing of tenders
Timely submission of Tenders
Have experience in online tendering.
Collecting and preparation of Comparative Statement and keeping track of tender status
Communication with Vendors
Reviewing tender documents, scope of works, checking the feasibility for qualification,
financial criteria, preparing documents and submission of tender.
Notes: 1 vacancy is for freshers in the Tender field but need experience of Computer.
1 Vacancy is for experience in the Tender Field.
