Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Customer Support Executive. The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support to our clients. The candidate will be expected to ensure customer satisfaction through online support and other support services offered, to ensure a complete 360-degree customer experience.

Qualifications
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to provide technical support
  • Experience with online support tools and services
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
  • Relevant certifications such as ITIL or CompTIA A+
