Job description

Loading Sales orders and Purchase orders in system

Coordinate with vendors for actual delivery status of Items and update ERP on regular basis

Co-ordinate with Sales team on order processing and updating the status of their orders highlighting the critical issues.

Coordinate with operations and logistics team and ensure that inward and outward process happens correctly.

Inventory management.

Coordinate with freight forwarders on international shipments and should have basic knowledge of incoterms, customs clearance process, IOR.

Ensure on time delivery of materials to customers.

Coordinate with accounts team on vendor invoice booking and customer invoicing.

Should be able to build good rapport with internal stake holders and vendors.

Ensuring accurate data entry including validation/integrity check of orders in ERP

Lead projects and initiatives focused on improving productivity and simplifying processes (edited)

Requirements

Qualifications:

Experience 1-3 Years (Having relevant experience)

Skills:

Highly organized, self-starter, hands on with Excel Gsheets.

Great with Data Management.

Personal Qualities and Behaviour traits:

Detail-oriented, a good problem-solver, has excellent written and verbal communication and strives in a fast-paced environment.

Performance Goals:

Willing to learn, handle pressure, manage work-life balance

Good teamwork, willingness to step up at critical phases for on-time delivery.
