Job description

1. Responsible for business planning and formulation of business strategy with Segment Head and Emerging Channel Head in line with organizational goals & Strategic priorities of the business Partner.
2. Lead Program Management of Myrtle relationship with key focus towards enhancing Channel experience, Product bouquet Positioning, Process enhancement for NTB & ETB with key responsibility towards the launch of NRI Process for ETB clients and most critically benchmark the underwriting process and limits to deliver superior proposition for CITI Gold clients, where TRV ranges from 100 Cr - 500 Cr.
3. Cannel Experience: Current process of Myrtle ETB has friction, given that we have physical login process vis a vis completely digital process @ TALIC. The incumbent would be responsible for ensuring we create seamless experience for Myrtle Sellers and clients, and thus giving sellers confidence. Timely ensuring all debit instructions are managed as well as ensuring all escalations are managed in timely manner.
4. Product Positioning @ Myrtle CO Team and to ensure MLI is the First Choice, by sharing timely updates on product comparisons, Fund Updates and New Product launch Initiatives.
5. Process Ownership : Launch NRI Process for ETB clients and manage the existing Physical ETBB login process requirements in liaison with Myrtle CO Team
6. Undertake key projects : Provide thinking and execution support for large transformation project underway of Myrtel merger into Axis Ecosystem
7. Liaison with Underwriting Team to help customize the UHNI Proposals. In TRV Range of 100 cr+, there is key area of improvement in UW grids and incumbent would be responsible for presenting custom made proposals to MLI UW Leadership team for building consensus in underwriting such proposals with value range of 1 Mn - 5 Mn.

. Enhancing Myrtel Channel Capability of underwriting UHNI Proposals
. Implementation of strategic initiatives across channels
. Ensure enhancement of M0 processing capability and closure of operational issues in time bound manner
